Biran mistakenly assumes Meiqi is terminally ill. He saves an abused dog during an exorcism. Huiyao argues with her taxi driver Wen. The mean-spirited Bishan pretends to be nice at work. Bishan insists on swapping his ticket with Biran. Bizhen runs into Jian, her ex- schoolmate. During outreach training, Meiqi forms a good impression of Biran for having saved Fangfang. Bishan offends Ray and loses his chance for a promotion. Marital tensions rise when he scolds Huiyao for splurging. Bishan and Huiyao search Dafu's house for the ticket. Jian, a condo security guard, offends Bishan and Huiyao and gets complained. Xiaoxiao break up with Biran over his blas attitude. Yingjin mistreats Jian and his dad. Jian gets upset at Mingwei. Bishan and Huiyao try getting Biran to talk. Bizhen discovers Biran has the winning ticket. When it goes missing, everyone demands answers from Bishan. 必善慧瑶为了拿回彩票，借故去大富家搜寻，却无功而返。阿建是公寓保安，陆续得罪必善和慧瑶被投诉。。。

Bishan and Huiyao deny taking the ticket. Accusations fly. Dafu is heartbroken. Bishan and Bizhen make fools of themselves trying to find the ticket. Biran tells Xiaoxiao he lost the ticket when she tries to win his favour. They part ways unhappily. Jian has a dispute with Bishan and Huiyao. He hides his frustration. Amidst the fight for the ticket, Dafu gets a heart attack. A breeze sends the ticket out the window. Bizhen and Bishan's focus on the ticket leaves Dafu disheartened. Biran runs into Meiqi at the hospital visiting Dafu. Xiaoxiao thinks he is involved with Meiqi. Bishan and Bizhen search for the missing ticket. Yingjin bullies Mingwei. Jian blames himself for failing to give Mingwei a better life. 必真和必善为抢夺彩票，乱成一团。大富激动到心脏病发，手一松彩票随风飘出窗外。。。

Distracted, Bishan slips up at work. Biran stuffs rice from Meiqi's torn rice sack in his shirt when she leaves. The gang go door to door looking for the ticket. SL asks a dismissive Bishan to fix her tap. Xiaoxiao visits Dafu and breaks up with Biran when he refuses to show her the ticket. Meiqi gives her shoes to the needy. His misunderstanding with Meiqi frustrates Biran. Jiacheng gets complaints from Huiyao for letting Mingwei use the condo's pool and Ray into the condo. Dafu threatens to disown his kids if they continue the search for the ticket. Biran sends medicine to Dafu. Fangfang runs into him and insists on thanking him. Biran gives the ticket to a heartened Dafu who returns it to Biran and tells him to keep it a secret. A rich Dafu grows paranoid. Huiyao targets Jian again. Jian finally quits. Huiyao finds Bishan at work and runs into Ray. Ray punishes Bishan. Instead of reflecting, Bishan blames Huiyao. Bizhen gets Jian to check a haunted house's fengshui. They seem to grow closer. 必让将找到的彩票交给大富。大富感慨天公还是疼憨人，兜兜转转还是回到必让手中，并要必让隐瞒找到彩票一事。大富有了钱后，开始疑神疑鬼。。。

Bizhen and Jian are unsure if the house is haunted. They run into their ex-spouses and console each other. Yingjin vents her anger on Jian after a dispute with her neighbour. Jian helps Bizhen out with the haunted house. A guilty Dafu is especially nice to a suspicious Nanshan. Dafu and Fangfang try to matchmake their kids. Biran messes things up. Yingjin forces Nanshan to demand his share of the winnings. Dafu and Nanshan fall out over the money. Bishan is fired. He finds out Huiyao gambled his money away instead of lending it to her brother. Only Biran helps him when loan sharks come after him. At an event, everyone tries to set Biran up with Meiqi. Meiqi goes to St John's Island. Biran goes after her. Bizhen realises Mingwei is Jian's son after he saves her from a bike. Bizhen is reluctant to invest in Jian's roasted meat stall. Meiqi suspects Hegui is having an affair and spies on him. Bishan accuses Dafu of hogging the winnings when he finds the receipt. Xishi loses her savings in a love scam. Dafu's family falls out over the winnings. Dafu scolds a remorseful Bishan. Ray patronises J's roasted meat stall and laments its closure. Xishi and Fangfang scold Dafu for not caring that Nanshan is unwell. Dafu is ostracised. Jian assumes Ray invested in his stall. Jian confesses to Bizhen. Huiyao leaves. A disappointed Bishan realises Huiyao gambled their money away. Jian saves Jiaxin and is attacked. His life hangs in the balance. 大富骂醒必善，必善开始反省。Ray去阿建的烧腊档吃饭，觉得结束营业很可惜。南山身体不适，大富不闻不问...

Huiyao and Bishan are shocked to discover Jian saved Jiaxin. Jian may become disabled and asks Bishan to take care of Mingwei. They finally reconcile. Meiqi realises Hegui is still seeing his mistress and falls out with him. Annoyed by his family's demands for money, Dafu moves into a hotel and falls prey to a scam call. Huiyao is arrested for being a money mule for loan sharks. 慧瑶和必善焦急地等了佳信一晚，才发现她出事了。他们发现阿建救了佳信，大感意外。阿建得知自己或许会残废，大受打击。。。

Bishan decides against bailing Huiyao to prevent her from gambling. Dafu continues being scammed. Bizhen tells J she wants to learn how to make roasted meat and help him with the stall. Dafu teaches her. Hegui's mistress comes looking. Meiqi realises her mom is aware of Hegui's adultery. They set Hegui up and decide to give him a last chance. Dafu grows depressed. Biran tells Meiqi about his job offer in the US. Huiyao refuses to see Bishan when he visits her in prison. Bishan pulls himself together and asks Ray for a job as his driver. Ray gets to know Bizhen when he patronises the stall. Unwilling to drag Bizhen down with him, J tells her to move on. News of Dafu being scammed spread.
