Gu Xin, a well-known variety host who excels in hosting and acting, is actually a lonely and reclusive person. She accidentally falls asleep during a drama shoot that requires her to lie in a coffin, and when she wakes up, she sees her ex-boyfriend Zi Chen, props-man Tian Long and assistant producer intern Cun En staring at her. Gu Xin realises Yu Wei did not tell Zi Chen about her pregnancy back then, which ended their relationship. Gu Xin agrees to help the three souls fulfill their last wishes. When Tian Long suddenly realise that Kai can see him, he goes home to look for him and through Kai, got De Gang to help. De Gang remains dubious about it as he follows Kai to Gu Xin's house. Gu Xin accompanies Tian Long to pay respects to his late wife as they meet De Gang. Tian Long is glad to see De Gang bringing his late wife's favourite food. When De Gang rushes to the toilet again, Gu Xin says that De Gang has cancer, making Tian Long worry. De Gang suspects that Kai is seeing ghost as he seeks help from Gu Xin. Gu Xin finds out that Kai is chatting to a young soul, Max. Max wants to go home but do not know where he stays. Gu Xin and De Gang investigates and finally find Max's home. Max's father opens the door. Gu Xin suddenly disappears before a press conference, and Cun En finds her fainted in the toilet. She tries to wake Gu Xin up but to no avail. Cun En have no choice but to possess Gu Xin and rush to the venue. Kai falls and hurt himself. De Gang brings him to the doctor, but Kai wants Gu Xin to accompany him. Gu Xin visits Kai and bumps into Da Yu Yuan. In order to make Gu Xin give up on De Gang, Da Yu Yuan makes it look like De Gang played a part in deceiving her, and caused a misunderstanding. Gu Xin left disappointed. Kai跌倒受伤，德刚带他去看医生，Kai要德刚让谷欣来陪他。谷欣探望Kai，在楼下遇到大鱼圆。大鱼圆为了让谷欣知难而退，故意让谷欣误以为德刚与她联合起来欺骗谷欣，令谷欣对德刚产生误会，失望离去。

Zi Chen and Cun En find Shu Ting's address and decides to accompany her home. Gu Xin made up an excuse and did not follow. From Shu Ting's home, the souls followed Shu Ting's mother to the hospital when they see her going out, and realise that it is Shu Ting lying on the hospital bed! Javier informs Gu Xin when he finds out that Cun En is still alive but in a coma. Gu Xin and the three souls rush to the hospital and are shocked to see Cun En lying in the ward. They ask Cun En to quickly return to her body. The social worker who assisted with Gu Xin's adoption back then appears as she verifies that Cun En is Gu Xin's daughter...
