Jia Qiao falls asleep on the wheelchair due to fatigue while selling tissues. Taking pity on him, Da Han passes by and wants to put a two dollar note inside Jia Qiao's money box. Unexpectedly, Da Han drops a fifty dollar note instead, and tries to retrieve it by putting his hand into the money box. Ouyang Ming happens to walk pass and sees, thinking that Da Han is trying to steal...

Bai Bai and Qing Qing go grocery shopping in the supermarket, and end up having an unpleasant encounter with rich Tai Tai, Xiang Yi. Both sides leave with a terrible impression of each other. Rex, who was punished by Bai Bai to wash the toilet, takes revenge and adds fuel to fire, by speaking bad of Bai Bai to Xiang Yi. Gan Dang meets Qing Qing, and thanks her for recommending him a job. He receives calls from Ma Sai, but he does not answer, and Qing Qing feels puzzled. Gan Dang explains that he saved his number as Ma Sai's son in Ma Sai's phone, so as to send him daily reminders to eat his medicine. If he picks up the call, he will expose himself. Ma Sai tries to comfort him, asking him to stop blaming himself. Ma Sai then asks Gan Dang to go out with him as he wants to buy lottery. Adai's mother Mei Li returns after being away for 30 years. She then realises Adai has a child named Zheng Xiong and feels anguished after seeing Adai working as a cleaner in a Community Centre. She can't help scolding the people who dirtied the floor Adai has just mopped. Ma Sai reminisces the past on how he had to sell his hardware store to allow his son De Liang to go overseas to study. However, De Liang decided to stay overseas after graduation and barely came back. Mai Da feels depressed. Out of a sudden, he hears De Liang's voice from the living room saying: "Pa, time for medicine." He looks into the living room in curiosity and realises it is Gan Dang; He feels touched. 马赛回想自己当年为了让儿子德良完成出国留学的梦想，将五金店出让的往事。。。

Mei Li tries to redo her looks, based on photos taken with Adai 30 years ago, hoping that Adai will remember and recognize her. Adai finally recognizes Mei Li as her mother, and they embrace each other. Adai decides to leave with her mother with Zheng Xiong; Jia Qiao is upset and reluctant, but still waves them goodbye. 美莉拿着30年前与阿戴合拍的照片，努力装扮成当时的样子，去找阿戴。阿戴终于认出她是自己的妈妈，两人相拥。阿戴愿意带正雄随母亲离开，家翘强忍不舍和悲伤，送别两人……。

Qing Qing and Bai Bai arrange a dinner plan to help Ouyang Ming and Gan Dang reconcile. However, the dinner proceeds in awkwardness and Gan Dang leaves first. Qing Qing and Bai Bai persuade Ouyang Ming to forgive Gan Dang. Qing Qing takes out her phone and shows Ouyang Ming a family photo of them: Xiang Yi, Ouyang Ming and Gan Dang, and says Gan Dang still keeps the picture. This shows how much Gan Gang has been missing them...

Ma Sai writes his will, and decides to give all his assets, including the house to Gan Dang. De Liang is upset and claims Gan Dang has ill intentions and is cheating Ma Sai of all his property in front of the neighbours. Everyone starts to doubt Gan Dang. Ma Sai then takes out a new will, which states that he will donate all his assets to charity after he is gone...
