A disgraced doctor Aiman Salihin gets invited by a mysterious man, Aaron Pestana, to become a doctor at a hidden hospital catering to the wealthiest and the criminals. In return, he will help to find a donor for Aiman's grandmother whose time is running out for a transplant. Desperate to rescue his only living relative, Aiman is forced to question his morality and his code.

Pestana finds himself at the mercy of Mak Mah as he is taken away to an off site. Moving in and out of consciousness, Pestana is thrown back into his memories when he was young and struggling to take care of his father.
