Chef Albert studied pure classical French cuisine over 33years ago and has never looked back. Currently working at Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Albert is a modern contemporary Indian fusion Chef bringing a unique and sophisticated flare to his dishes. He has also made frequent appearances on TV as Judge, host and participant in various MediaCorp Vasantham programmes making him a familiar face amongst the Indian community in Sinagpore.
