Charan the protagonist since young has been fascinated by computer games, robots and the incredulities of the digital world. He loves science fiction movies and has watched Terminator countless times. He aspires to be a Stephen Spielberg to create and fascinate the world with the unimaginable. This does not go well with his father who wants him to be a lawyer like him. He is concerned that his son is distracted and lives in a world of his own.

Charan meets Yuvan at work. The team wins the humanoid competition and boss is impressed with Charan's inputs on the success though Kishan his immediate supervisor is jealous. Charan is offered a full time job but father Senthil does not welcome that. However Charan is adamant and refuses to accept the overseas offer. He diligently starts working on Tobor and he gets some inspiration from a strange dream.

Charan decides to join ZON reality but his father is not happy and is forced to work in his father's law firm upon his mother's advice. But his determination to work on Tobor grows and he diligently works on it and Tobor is created. Mano the cybercriminal and his activities are introduced. Charan's brother Arun has a crush on Levina his school mate.

Charan works at the law firm earning the wrath of his father. But it works to his advantage and he leaves the firm and joins Zon. Everything falls in place as how the mother planned. Charan is only too happy and dedicates his time to Tobor whose popularity rises. Mano eyes Tobor and schemes to steal it and crafts a master plan with his hacker ally Ragu. Arun gets to know Levina. Charan meets many online friends but he is most attracted to a Rakshi from Sydney. He gets tips from Tobor to impress her. Mano the villain finally meets up with Charan and lies that he wants to learn digital art from Charan to market his family business. Arun is jealous when Levina shows more interest in Tobor than him. He plans to impress Levina by learning a new skill. Charan and Rakshi's digital relationship grows and they planned to meet.

Charan is excited about meeting Rakshi. Tobor is teaching Charan on how he should behave on his first date and impress Rakhsi. Levina is always talking about Tobor testing Arun's patience and he snaps. Mano befriends Arun, Charan's brother with a hidden agenda. Rakshi does not turn up for the date and suspicions are raised.

Rakshi comes up with a convincing tale for not turning up for the date. Charan believes but Tobor does not. Charan angry with Tobor for doubting Rakshi's integrity shuts down Tobor. He helps Rakshi with her project that she claims crashed interrupting her trip. Mano with his hacker friend Ragu tries to hack Tobor but to no avail. The second date is fixed and there is no show by Rakshi again. Charan talks to Tobor and they decide to track down...

Mano with a hidden agenda gets closer with Arun, Charan's brother and tells him that Charan is seeing a girl and he is not telling the family. Charan finds out that Rakshi does not exist and someone has scammed him. Charan is broken.

Charan believes there is a manipulative game in the backdrop. With Tobor's advice he sets to hunt down the villain in the scam. He finds out that Mano is into cybercrime and is eyeing Tobor. Arun hears that Charan is seeing a Rakshi. True indeed. Rakhsi comes to Singapore. One night Charan receives a call from Rakshi and he leaves to see her against Tobor's advice.

Charan has gone missing and the family is frantic searching for him. Levina breaks up with Arun after she finds out that Arun had hid the truth about Charan out of jealousy. The family is broken when Charan does not return and they report to the police. With inputs from Tobor police track down Mano, their primary suspect.

Mano is investigated and he fakes up a story as follows: That Charan introduced Rakshi to him and he found out that she had ill intentions. She wanted to steal Tobor from Charan. Charan also had problems at home. Police says that Charan has likely left home and staying away because of pressures at home. This may not be a police case at the moment. Senthil begins to feel guilty and remorseful for his actions. Yuvan posts on the social media...

Charan has been ambushed and kept captive by Mano and the syndicate. Ragu suggests to Mano that they should pull in Yuvan who has been cheated by Charan (as he claimed) into their alliance to target against Charan. Mano meets a Rakshi lookalike called Nivedha and is puzzled. But he is determined to make use of this golden bait to nail down his target. He has an offer for Nivedha.

Nivedha accepts Mano's offer. She joins their alliance to steal the code from Charan.. Nivedha in the name of Rakshi is brought to Charan who is overjoyed to see her. However when he refuses to reveal the password, Mano puts Rakshi's life at knifepoint. The police steps in during the confrontation. It was all a game plan to nail down the cyber criminals. The police made use of Yuvan and the real" Rakshi" to trap and arrest Mano and the syndicate.
