As the family mourns the death of Mdm Parvathy, her youngest daughter–in–law, Agalya, who is ostracized by the family, comes with one final gift and a request which the family declines. However, everything changes when Kanna, her youngest son walks in. Rudra tries to fulfill Mdm Parvathy’s final wish.

Rudra finally works up the courage to confront his demons from the past. He facilitates one final goodbye for his closest friend while Amutha takes an important decision about their life.

Sutha jumps down to her death and her mother, Savitri, is unable to comprehend why her daughter took this decision. Rudra helps both Sutha and Savitri find closure.

Vinod arranges for an empty casket funeral for his daughter Meghna, who has been missing for seven years. His wife Meera is reluctant as she is struggling to find closure. Rudra helps the couple in the process of letting go of their little girl.

Yuvanesh and Balu are arranging a funeral for their father Chandra but are having financial troubles. Rudra helps them with it but realises there is more going on here than meets the eye.

Amutha contacts Rudra as her uncle Shekar has passed on. As Amutha watches him facilitate the final journey, her perception about the business changes, while Rudra helps Amutha fulfill her uncle's final wish.

A year later, Rudra gets a strange funeral request. He takes up the job and completes it wholeheartedly. A new journey awaits Rudra and Amutha.
