UDAYAM 3 will target on Indian hawkers/food joints in Singapore that are not making ends meet and struggling to bring in business to their stalls. This show focuses on such stalls to uplift and modify their outlet and at the same time improvise on the food taste and quality. A changing moment for these struggling hawkers to rise up in the competition. Every episode our host Udaya will visit these stalls with our celebrity chef Bala along with a student (Pursuing culinary studies,Food science, part timers or Mid career switch)to taste and grade these stalls special dish/food items. Open constructive comments will be given about the taste, quality, quantity and presentation of the dish as well and not to forget the outlook of the restaurant itself . Thus aiming to preserve our Community dining culture..
