Host Grace Lee-Khoo is the founder of a performing arts social enterprise in Singapore which works with artists with disabilities. Having had some success in creating an inclusive workplace in the theatre arts, she looking to help others beyond the stage. She embarks on a journey with four individuals with disabilities as they overcome their own fears as well as real-world hurdles that stand between them and their dream jobs. The challenges they face raises multiple questions. How far should an inclusive society go towards accommodating a disability in a workplace? Should employers be given assistance to build an inclusive workplace? And what sort of help do individuals with disabilities really want in their pursuit of a job that would sustain them as well as give them meaning and purpose?
