Ray receives intel that arms dealer Uli Raverson has resurfaced as biologist Jakar, who is now suspected of manufacturing biological warfare. Ray's estranged niece works in the very lab that Jakar is situated. Ray must decide if he wants his estranged niece to help him in his assignment.

Ray bribes his estranged niece Charmaine into joining his mission of finding out the truth behind Jakar's employment at the laboratory. Charmaine learns the inner workings of being a spy-asset.

Ray and Davesh find out that there might be more to this mission then they first thought. Charmaine gains more clarity of the truth behind her uncle's work - and of perhaps how her mother died.

With no time to spare, Charmaine, Ray and Davesh race against time to prevent the virus from being unleashed to the public. But first, they will have to battle robots and rogue scientists as the virus tries to claim its first victim.
