3 adventurous families, kiss their modern lives goodbye, to experience a real-life kampong. No electricity, no fast food, no Wi-Fi! How will the Awads, the Tans and the Azimullahs survive the bare-bones setting? On top of that, our Hosts Rosalyn Lee (Rozz) and Fakkah Fuzz will spring surprises on them, including a secret challenge that no one has a clue about - until its over!

Digging your own toilets is no fun and the Families will struggle for sanitation sanity this week. Can the Azimullah family, made up of girls, build their toilets in time? Also, forget washing machines, our Families will scrub their laundry away on old-fashioned washboards. Back at their huts, the stress of kampong living is taking a toll on the children, and one of the Tan Family's kids breaks down.

The Families are settling into kampong living, when our Hosts drop a bombshell - they must climb the towering coconut tree! Will Awad, Farzana and Matthew take up the challenge? No kampong is complete without the chooks. Our Families get set for a uniquely kampong sport – catching chickens! No chicken caught, no dinner tonight. But can Farzana get over her fear of chickens?

Which Family has the best cooks and are natural kampong businessmen? This week, the Families learn kampong dishes and sell them at the night market! Whose food will sell like hot cakes? Can the Families even make it to the night market in time – and on foot? Meanwhile back at the hut, a squabble ensues amongst two of the Tans' siblings...

All aboard! Our families have to go fishing on rickety old boats to get their next meal. Can they keep their balance and bring in catch? No time to get squeamish. Our Families need to find earthworms for bait! Something one of the Families won in an earlier challenge, will come in useful this week!

Its back to the soil. The Families learn how to farm, and in the name of kampong spirit, all 3 Families combine forces to harvest the peanuts! On top of that, they must also loosen the stuborn soil and plant new crops. Its going to be back-breaking labour, and a great lesson to never waste food again!

No Facebook, no Twitter, no computer games. Our Families will indulge in other kinds of entertainment options – kampong style! There are no fancy department stores in the kampong, so they'll have to make their own toys. Our Families are also asked to huddle over a small radio to listen to a broadcast, and we'll reveal the reason later!

This week, our Families learn the old trades of the past. First up, who's got the best pair of scissorshands? Can they set up the best barber shop in the kampong, and style a real customer's hair? Meanwhile, the attap roof of a kampong structure has been damaged. Our Families must repair it, but are they up for the delicate task?

A kampong wedding is coming up, and our Families must work against the ticking clock to get all the wedding preparations done. The kids have to put up a silat performance, but will they learn their steps in time for the Big Day? The Families' time at the kampong is coming to an end. A time for reflection. What friendships have they made? What lessons have they learn?
