(Full) Catch NDP2024 live from the Padang as our nation celebrates 59 years of growth and achievement. Centred around the theme Together, As One United People, the riveting show segment reflects on the transformation of Singapore and the unity needed to see her people through. Accompanied by the pomp and grandeur of the Parade & Ceremony, NDP 2024 is a show you won’t want to miss.

Featuring performers from the Singapore Gymnastics National Training Centre, Swift Skating Academy and Coastline Leisure, along with student performers from Valour Primary, Seng Kang Secondary School and Yuying Secondary School parade down the Padang with six Singapore mascots balloons: Sharity Elephant, August the Merlion, Singa the Lion, Captain Green, Becky Bunny and Nila the Lion.

The marching band from Yuying Secondary performs a medley of "Into the Stone", "Shake It Off", "Drum Line" and "Viva La Vida", as the Combined Choir from Naval Base Secondary & Queensway Secondary performs a rendition of the 2023 NDP Theme Song "Shine Your Light".

The Singapore Armed Forces' parachute team the Red Lions, wows the crowd as they jump from a height of 5,000 feet from RSAF's C-130 transport aircraft.

The Military Tattoo and a performance of the "Total Defence Song" kickstarts the Parade and Ceremony segment. Featuring performers from the SAF Band and SPF Band, along with students from Ang Mo Kio Secondary School, Maris Stella High School, Swiss Cottage Secondary School & Yishun Town Secondary School.

Featuring marching contingents from the Singapore Army, the Republic of Singapore Navy, the Republic of Singapore Air Force, Singapore Police Force and Singapore Civil Defence Force, with participants from various uniform groups, and social and economic groups. Parade Commander arrives, accompanied by servicewomen from the Women Police Pipes and Drums from the Singapore Police Force Band.

The iconic State Flag Flypast is carried out by a CH-47SD/F Heavy Lift Helicopter, escorted by two AH-64D Apache Attack Helicopters, during the National Anthem, followed by F-16 fighter aircrafts executing the bomb burst display as a salute to the nation.

President Tharman Shanmugaratnam inspects the parade, with the Presidential Gun Salute, and the parade performs the Feu-De-Joie salute.

To commemorate 40 years of Total Defence, the Volunteer Contingent, comprising volunteers from the Singapore Armed Forces Volunteer Corps and Home Team Volunteer Network, will make its comeback, and the parade performs a special TD40 Transformation and the marching contingents perform the first Onward March at the Padang, marching onto the spectator stands.

To mark 40 years of Total Defence, the segment named “Together, We Keep Singapore Strong” comprises four parts, simulating threats and disruptions across the air, land, sea, digital and civil domains.
