Commutes have been much smoother at major MRT interchange stations on the third day of train service disruption along the East-West Line. Senior Minister of State for Transport Amy Khor said officers remain ready to help direct members of the public to bridging buses. But more than 45% of seagrass meadows have disappeared from Singapore shores over the last five decades. The three-year restoration project will be fully funded by OCBC. Improving seagrass meadows is one of 17 projects for the Coastal Protection and Flood Resilience Institut

The new diploma will be equivalent to those offered by polytechnics.
